How does quality control check every frame?

Quality control is our own set of automated checks built into every plan. They compare each finished frame with your product photo and your order, and a frame reaches you only after the check.

Your product photos are checked on upload. A photo that cannot be used for a shoot stops the item before any frame is charged, and you are asked for a better photo.

• One clean photo, not a collage, on the background you ordered.
• The framing and the camera angle are the ones you ordered.

Yes. Mark any frame for a reshoot and say what is wrong: fit, face, details or pose. The new attempt takes it into account.

If a frame could not be made at all, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Every charge and refund is a line in your credit history.
